Autorka předkládá čtenářům výsledky svých jedinečných výzkumů týkajících se osobnosti skutečně evropského významu – zahradního architekta Josefa Fritsche (narozen v Čechách, činný zejména v Toskánsku). Petra Březáčková jako vůbec první analyzuje proměny neformálních zahrad v majetku habsbursko-lotrinské dynastie mezi Toskánskem a Čechami v letech 1737 až 1849.
