Kniha sleduje na příkladu malé elitní i elitářské skupiny dělníků vzestup dělnického hnutí v éře základních společenských a politických změn od předvečera revoluce 1848 až do počátku první světové války. Hlavním zkoumaným fenoménem jsou proměny kolektivních identit manuálně pracujících v moderní době, které jsou zde nazírány jako předpoklad pro kolektivní strategie a praxe jednání v rámci sociálních hnutí. Práce popisuje typografické tradice a symboly formované od doby vynálezu knihtisku a také podoby sociálních konfliktů a kolektivního vyjednávání o pracovních podmínkách v období vrcholného industriálního kapitalismu a masového dělnického hnutí na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Solidární sítě typografických dělníků zde nejsou zkoumány pouze ve vztahu k ostatnímu dělnictvu, ale i ve vztahu k nedělnickému prostředí, v tomto případě především k intelektuálně měšťanskému milieu, které pro typografy hrálo důležitou roli.
A mohácsi csata

Lengyelország bukása - 1939
"A német csapatok 1939. szeptember 1-jén lépték át Lengyelország határát, amellyel megkezdődött a Fall Weiss fedőnéven ismert hadművelet és eredményeként egész Európa hat éven keresztül lángokban állt. Korábban ezt a hadjáratot széles körben a villámháború tankönyvi példájaként írták le, de valójában a Wehrmacht még csak tanulta az új harceljárásokat, a páncélosok és repülőgépek alkalmazásának módját.
A lengyel haderőt gyakran félrevezetően reménytelenül elavultnak és a Wehrmachthoz képest alulértékeltnek állítják be, miközben a valóság teljesen mást mutat. Valójában a lengyelek több páncélossal rendelkeztek, mint a britek, és megfejtették a német Enigma gép rejtjelezését is. Bár Németország és a Szovjetunió együttes támadása legyőzte Lengyelországot, nem tudta megtörni a lengyel harci szellemet, és több ezer katona, illetve pilóta menekült el, hogy más frontokon tovább harcoljon a németek ellen.
A szerző, Robert Forczyk hiánypótló módon, egyaránt használja a lengyel és a német forrásokat, megkérdőjelezi a Fall Weiss hadművelet mítoszait, hogy elmesélje a történelem legnagyobb konfliktusát kiváltó esemény teljes történetét."

Inspirací pro vznik této knihy bylo výročí 820 let od Prokopova svatořečení. Podílel se na ní mezioborový tým historiků, archeologů, uměnovědců, filologů i teologů a přináší nové pohledy na život a kult tohoto významného českého patrona i na jím založený Sázavský klášter. V pěti celcích se zabývá například otázkou staroslověnské liturgie a písemnictví, novými archeologickými výzkumy a architekturou Sázavského kláštera i prokopským kultem. Ve listopadu 2022 uspořádaly v Praze Filozofická fakulta a Katolická teologická fakulta Univerzity Karlovy mezinárodní konferenci, která nabídla různé pohledy na dění v podunajském dualistickém soustátí v poslední fázi jeho existence a na situaci v českých zemích po roce 1918.
