Dílo Kamily Ženaté nelze přiřadit k žádným skupinovým trendům tuzemské výtvarné scény posledních dekád. Autorka patří ke generaci umělců, která, slovy kunsthistoričky Mileny Slavické, „byla jakoby zasypána pískem“. Její hluboce solitérní a zároveň vysoce komunikativní umělecká výpověď je hodnotná nejen bohatstvím suverénně zvládnutých výrazových faset (grafika, malba, video art, site-specific, instalace), ale především komplexním lidským a duchovním poselstvím. Talichův Beroun
Výpravná publikace detailně mapuje čtyři desítky let mezinárodního hudebního festivalu Talichův Beroun, a to nejen prostřednictvím autorského textu obou hlavních autorů, ale i díky vzpomínkám účastníků a zejména díky obsáhlému fotografickému doprovodu. Autorka Karolina Froňková k tomu dodává: „Na základě bádání se zřetelně vyprofilovala čtyři období festivalu Talichův Beroun, která se promítla i do členění knihy na jednotlivé kapitoly. V letech 1983-1990 šlo o zlatou éru festivalu, následovanou obtížným přelomovým porevolučním obdobím let 1991-1997. Tato etapa byla plná převratných společenských, kulturních a politických změn, které měly negativní dopad na průběh a organizaci festivalu. Situace se stabilizovala až v letech 1998-2011, kdy festival dostal novou tvář. Počínaje rokem 2012 probíhá postupná transformace festivalu do podoby odpovídající moderní době. Každá kapitola mapuje dané období festivalu ze všech úhlů pohledu: organizací počínaje přes dramaturgii až po doprovodné akce. V rozsáhlé přílohové části knihy je možné nalézt kromě kompletního programu všech ročníků také cenné rejstříky osobností, které se na festivalu během celého jeho trvání podílely jak z pozice organizátorů, odborníků, tak i samotných umělců. Osobnost Václava Talicha se jako zlatá nit vine celou knihou nejen díky úvodní kapitole mapující osudy velkého dirigenta a především jeho vztah k Berounu, ale zejména díky příspěvkům výjimečných osobností a představitelů institucí, které se na hladkém chodu festivalu během celé doby jeho existence podílely. Transform: The Architecture of Adaptation will explore and document the ecological and urban imperative to revive and adapt existing built fabric, and it will demonstrate innovative and timeless tools and methods for creating successful new architecture out of old structures and found conditions.
The book will be illustrated primarily, but not exclusively, with projects by Deborah Berke Partners, including academic buildings, boutique hotels, and community and cultural centers. Essays by Deborah Berke, Noah Biklen, Arthi Krishnamoorthy, and Alan Brake introduce each chapter. It will also include contributions by critics, planners, and artists with a shared interest in creating a sustainable, equitable, and enriching urban environment. Contributors include artist Titus Kaphar, urban history scholar Karen Seto, environmenal design leaders Atelier Ten, and photographer Christopher Payne.
The term 'adaptive reuse' is bland and imprecise. It implies a lack of rigor, as if old buildings were discarded objects that can easily be repurposed, like a turning an old milk crate into a bookshelf. Buildings - good ones, bad ones, whether designed by a famous architect, or without an author are complex things, with histories, with impacts on their surroundings, with relations to people and places. They do not all deserve to be saved, but many do. Sometimes an unremarkable building can be transformed into something better than it ever was. Even good buildings by noted architects can be improved upon, especially if their use has changed or if their context has been significantly altered.
In much of the country, particularly small to mid-sized, post-industrial cities, opportunities abound for the creative reuse of existing buildings. Deborah Berke Partners approaches these building - old warehouses, office buildings, even a historic sanatorium designed by H. H. Richardson - as material resources and as the foundation of sustainable urban redevelopment. These projects have impacts that extend far beyond their walls - this work is part of an urgent rethinking of American urbanism.

While the Portrait of Dr Gachet, The Church at Auvers, and Wheatfield with Crows are numbered among his greatest masterpieces, this part of his oeuvre is otherwise less known?unfairly so?than the sunny landscapes he painted in the south of France.
The book follows the artist from his arrival in Auvers-sur-Oise,where he set to work full of hope and with fresh ambitions, through to his final weeks. Essays by leading Van Gogh specialists highlight his artistic ambitions and mental state during this final phase, his exploration of the Auvers landscape, the flower still lifes, the portraits, and the panoramic landscapes he painted there, the role played by his drawings, and his artistic reputation at the time of his death and in the years immediately afterward.
In addition to the Auvers paintings, the book is richly illustrated with drawings, sketches, historical photographs, and detailed maps of the places Van Gogh worked. Also featured are related works by contemporaries and predecessors whom he admired.

Nateraz posledná monografia sa zameriava na tvorbu po roku 2011, teda po roku, kedy sa začína nová etapa v umeleckom vývine výtvarníka. Autor textu monografie podrobne interpretuje princípy tvorby a z nich odvodené pravidlá, ktoré generujú jednotlivé obrazy a napriek tomu, že podliehajú permanentným inováciám, vždy zachovávajú Csudaiov typický a originálny individuálny umelecký štýl. V monografii je reprodukovaných vyše 200 obrazov a o jej zalomenie a dizajn sa postaral sám autor Ivan Csudai.

Norman Foster is a globally recognised figure in architecture. His agency has created more than 300 projects around the world, many of which have profoundly marked and transformed the cities and landscapes in which they reside.
This new monograph, published in partnership with the Centre Pompidou, presents more than 80 of Foster’s key projects, from the Cockpit (1964), a private house in Cornwall, through to Spaceport America (2006-2014), the world’s first terminal for space tourists, built in the desert landscape of New Mexico. Each project is illustrated with drawings, sketches and photographs, placed alongside insightful text.
The book also features an essay by Frédéric Migayrou, curator of an attendant Centre Pompidou exhibition on Foster; a biography by celebrated architectural critic, Philip Jodidio; and an extensive interview with Foster himself. Foster has also contributed an anthology of six analytical texts, written across the broad span of his career.

V období před první světovou válkou i v letech poválečných vedlo několik předních středoevropských architektů – Adolf Loos, Oskar Strnad a Josef Frank – teoretickou debatu o prostoru a toto téma reflektovali ve svých spisech a zejména v realizovaných dílech. Při hledání nových způsobů prožívání architektonického prostoru zkoumali možnosti, jak se v něm pohybovat, jak jej obývat a jak jej navrhovat, aby odrážel moderní způsob života. Výsledkem byla jedna z nejpozoruhodnějších kapitol dějin raného modernismu.

Cyklus Klavírní skladbičky na motivy slavných je soubor přednesových skladeb pro skutečně pilné nadané malé i velké klavíristy. Provází hráče různými obdobími dějin hudby, kompozičními styly, dbaje na různorodost klavírní techniky a přednesu. Hudební jazyk je však moderní a skladatelsky osobitý. Každá skladba obsahuje motiv známé kompozice "mistra světové hudby". Motivy však nejsou základem pro motivicko-tematickou práci tak, jak běžně chápeme obsah tohoto pojmu. Jsou jen inspirací, nenásilně vyplynou a proud původní hudby pokračuje. Skladby jsou komponovány jen v jejich duchu. Mají však záměrně vyvolat nutkání, potřebu se seznamovat s díly oněch mistrů, poslouchat jejich hudbu. Jde o inspiraci aktivní, motivy, viditelně označené rámečkem, jsou též hádankou. Nápověda je vždy na konci každé skladby. V neposlední řadě jde i o motivační složku v celém hudebně pedagogickém procesu, o propojení výuky a o aktivitu vyučujícího.
