Mit dem Einzug eines geschärften Umweltbewusstseins in alle Lebensbereiche und entsprechenden Umsetzungsstrategien wird das Leitbild der Nachhaltigkeit zum Motor des Fortschritts für Architektur und Landschaftsarchitektur, für Städtebau und Bauwirtschaft. Urban Rooftops
As urban living intensifies in density and numbers, the city landscape expands both outwards and upwards. Rhetoric of Logotypes - A Primer for Visual Language
The creation of a logotype as one of the most important elements of corporate design is a challenging task for communication designers. The concept that a good logotype is by definition a persuasive logotype creates a direct link to the genre of rhetoric, which, according to Aristotle, has the power of observing the means of persuasion on almost any subject. It follows that rhetoric concepts and methods are ideally suited for understanding the effectiveness of logotypes to expand the horizon of applied design work. In this publication the author illustrates how designers can utilize the tools of rhetoric, a science that dates back more than 2,500 years. Stylistic devices play a central role in this as logotypes are analyzed and classified to determine which communicative strategies and intended effects they fulfill. The theoretical insights gained from this provide designers with a wealth of knowledge that facilitates analysis, idea generation, and argumentation along with a deeper understanding of the design process.

Po škole nás pár okolostojících pozval k sobě domů, abychom si poslechli, co jsme ještě neslyšeli. Přišel jsem, vyslechl nejen zmiňovanou čtveřici a byl jsem naprosto a definitivně ztracen. Nestala se z toho pro mě pouhá módní vlna, ale doslova uhranutí na celý život, čehož dokladem je i tato kniha…

Bilingválna publikácia – monografia výtvarníka, sklára (1946 – 1997), ktorý patrí medzi najvýznamnejšie osobnosti slovenského umeleckého skla. Univerzálny tvorca – sochár, dizajnér a šperkár v jednej osobe. Vizionár a praktik, ktorý objavoval nové technologické možnosti skla a aplikoval ich vo svojej tvorbe. Napriek tomu, že sa jeho životná cesta predčasne uzavrela, zanechal za sebou mimoriadny a ucelený odkaz. S jeho dielami sa možno dnes stretnúť v kultúrno-spoločenských interiéroch na Slovensku a vo verejných aj súkromných zbierkach doma i v zahraničí. Dôležitou bola i jeho pedagogická činnosť na Vysokej škole výtvarných umení v Bratislave, kde v 80. rokoch viedol oddelenie sklárskeho výtvarníctva.

Fotografická publikace Czech Fundamental konfrontuje světově proslulá fotografická díla české avantgardy 20. let minulého století s tvorbou nejoriginálnějších současných českých a v Česku žijících slovenských autorů konce 20. století. Autoři projektu, Suzanne Pastor, první ředitelka a spoluzakladatelka Pražského domu fotografie (dnes GHMP), a Gunther Dietrich, ředitel galerie Photo Edition Berlin, představují čtyřicet sedm autorů a sto sedmdesát sedm fotografických reprodukcí, a nastiňují tak vývoj české výtvarné fotografie v minulém století. Kniha Czech Fundamental navazuje na výstavy, které proběhly v roce 2013 v galerii Photo Edition Berlin a v roce 2015 v Museo di Roma Trastevere v Římě.
