Stephen Shore - Survey
Stephen Shore has had a significant influence on multiple generations of artists and photographers. Even for the youngest photographers working today, his work remains an ongoing and indisputable reference point. This book copublished with Fundación MAPFRE in conjunction with the first-ever retrospective exhibition, includes over 250 images that span Shores impressive and productive career. The images range from 1969 to 2013, with series such as Early Works, Amarillo, New York City, American Surfaces, and Uncommon Places, among others. Stephen Shore: Survey elucidates Shores contributions, as well as the historiographical interpretations of his work that have influenced photographic culture over the past four decades. Saját hibáink és ellenfeleink módszerei háromnegyed évszázad alatt nem sokat változtak, s a veszedelem csak fokozódott. A könyvet válogatta, szerkesztette, jegyzetekkel ellátta, bevezetőjét és utószavát írta Szász István Tas (Kolozsvár, 1938), orvos, író és szerkesztő, aki családi emlékek, dokumentuk alapján megírta a szülei házában és anyagi támogatásával szerkesztett HITEL folyóirat történetét, s leányfalui otthonába átmenekítette annak szinte minden tárgyi emlékét.

Kniha Best Photographers VII je již sedmým pokračováním oblíbené série, představující čtenářům dílo uznávaných současných fotografů z různých koutů světa. Druhý díl Kouzelné flétny přináší melodie ze světa animovaných filmů, známé z televizní obrazovky jako Večerníčky. Jednotlivé skladby jsou vybírány nejen s ohledem na obsah, nýbrž i s přihlédnutím k jejich případnému „metodickému“ využití (frázování, složené takty, melodické ozdoby, …). Na CD, které je součástí sešitu, jsou vždy dvě nahrávky od každé skladby: první s nahraným sólovým hlasem (to abyste si mohli poslechnout, případně porovnat interpretaci, či nějaké obtížnější místo) a druhá bez sólového hlasu, určená pro vás a vaši interpretaci.

Knihu O hercích a herectví píše zkušený divadelník.
