V zákone o DPH sa zavádza osobitná úprava pre malý podnik zahraničnej osoby, ktorá ustanovuje podmienky a práva a povinnosti súvisiace s uplatňovaním oslobodenia ekonomickej činnosti malého podniku neusadeného v tuzemsku od dane, ako aj osobitnú úpravu pre malý podnik tuzemskej osoby, v ktorej sa ustanovia pravidlá pre uplatňovanie oslobodenia od dane ekonomickej činnosti tuzemskej zdaniteľnej osoby v inom členskom štáte. Všetky zmeny sú obsahom nového znenia komentára k tomuto zákonu. Titul obsahuje úplné znenie zákona po novelách s komentárom: Legislatíva Zákon o dani z pridanej hodnoty s komentárom Novela zákona o DPH priniesla mnoho zmien, ktoré budú vstupovať do platnosti postupne, a to odo dňa vyhlásenia až do 1. 1. 2026 (1. 7. 2024, 1. 1. 2025 a od 1. 7. 2025). Všetky zmeny ovplyvnia celú podnikateľskú spoločnosť.
