Strmá cesta
Jedno z prvních literárních děl vyprávějících o stalinských represích v SSSR a o krutých podmínkách v gulazích na Sibiři. Poprvé kniha vyšla v Miláně v r. 1967, v SSSR byla Strmá cesta poprvé publikována od roku 1988 do roku 1989 v časopis Daugava (Riga), předtím byla distribuována v samizdatu. Kniha byla jednou z nejlépe hodnocených knih o gulazích, není pouze vzpomínkami, je to vyprávění o osmnácti letech strávených ve vězení, kolymských lágrech a vyhnanství. Sama autorka o ní píše jako o memoárech. Příběh je vyprávěný v první osobě jednotného čísla, autorka líčí své osobní zkušenosti. Některé scény svého života popisuje velmi detailně a dialogy doplňuje vzpomínkami (často o svém ztraceném synovi a manželovi). Kniha obsahuje také mnoho literárních úryvků ruských klasiků, písniček a popěvků žen v lágru.
Kniha vychází v roce 2022 ke 100. výročí narození překladatele M. Jungmanna a k 30. výročí prvního vydání.

Kniha Smrt boha smrti předkládá příběh plný odvahy a sebeobětování, ale také zrady a kruté pomsty. Autor znal dobře všechny aktéry tohoto dramatu. Vždyť to byl právě on, kdo se v knize Za Heydrichem stín z roku 1947 pokusil jako první objasnit pozadí a průběh atentátu. Původní verze této knihy je prvním uceleným dílem o atentátu na zastupujícího říšského protektora Heydricha. Jaroslav Andrejs podává vyčerpávajícím způsobem svědectví o jedné z nejúspěšnějších akcí československého odboje proti nacistům.
Jan Kubiš a Jozef Gabčík, to jsou jména, která budou už navždy symbolizovat hrdinství ve tváři nepředstavitelnému zlu. Demarkációs vonaltól államhatárig - A határ menti társadalom és konfliktusai az 1920-as években
Bencsik Péter (1971) a Szegedi Tudományegyetem Jelenkortörténeti Tanszékének habilitált docense. Kutatási területe a határok és a határátlépések története a 20. században, a magyar-csehszlovák kapcsolatok, illetve e két ország politika- és jogtörténete. A Lendület Trianon 100 Kutatócsoport mellett tagja az MTA-SZTE-ELTE Globalizációtörténeti Kutatócsoportnak is, ahol fő feladata a területi elhatárolódási folyamatok vizsgálata. Trianon helyi hatásainak elemzésekor különösen érdekes az új határ menti területek sorsa. A kötet célja az, hogy a hétköznapok szintjén és mikrotörténeti jelleggel közelítse meg az itt élt emberek történetét. Miként formálták át a helyi (alapvetően agrár-) társadalom mindennapjait az új határok? Megszakadtak-e azok a helyi gazdasági, rokoni vagy más kapcsolatok, amelyek a határ létrejötte előtt álltak fenn? Ha igen, akkor mikor? Mennyi időt vett igénybe, amíg a helyi közösségek ráébredtek az új realitásokra és hogyan élték át ezt? Milyen életmódváltozást eredményezett a kialakult helyzet, illetve vajon ennek csak vesztesei voltak, vagy esetleg haszonélvezői is? A kötet szerzője e témák átgondolásával kívánja a kutatás kezdőlépéseit megtenni, így - az eddig feltárt források jellegéből adódóan - elsősorban a határ mentén élő lakosság és a hatóságok közötti ellentéteket vizsgálja.

Vykreslenie sociálnych pomerov, životnej úrovne a zdravotníctva, kultúry, školstva, vedy a umenia, športu, módy a iných aktivít dodáva panoráme každodenného života ľudský rozmer. Hlavnú textovú líniu znovu heslovito dopĺňa chronologický prehľad udalostí aj s načrtnutím diania na medzinárodnopolitickej scéne.
Projekt kroniky bude mať svoje ďalšie pokračovanie v pripravovanej záverečnej časti, ktorá zmapuje obdobie súmraku štátu v rokoch 1943 - 1945.

Předchozí tři svazky Polybiových Dějin (I, AK 78; II, AK 79; III, AK 80) obsáhly osmnáct ze čtyřiceti knih jeho dějepisného díla. Tento čtvrtý svazek přináší vše podstatné, co se dochovalo z dvacítky knih zbývajících, tj. XIX až XXXIX.
Polybios v nich zaznamenal a vylíčil události mezi roky 196 až 144 př. Kr., jejichž markantním znakem a společným jmenovatelem bylo upevňování hegemonie Říma v rozsáhlém prostoru Středomoří a Přední Asie. Římané tehdy postupně ovládli Řecko a Makedonii, po porážce Kartága se zmocnili severozápadní Afriky a pod svůj vliv získali seleukovskou říši a ptolemajovský Egypt.
Stejně jako třetí svazek i tento čtvrtý je sestaven ze zlomků, dochovaných z výtahů Polybiova díla, jež byly pořízeny v 10. století, a citátů z děl autorů, kteří z něj čerpali.
