Divadlo a kreativní sektor
Základním tématem této práce je vztah divadla a kreativního sektoru, respektive interpretace divadla jako součásti ekonomického systému. Práce začíná definicí pojmů divadlo a kreativní sektor pro účely této studie, která se pokouší interpretovat divadlo především jako ekonomickou kategorii. K tomu autor shromáždil potřebná data především ze statistických šetření Národního informačního a poradenského střediska a z projektů a studií Institutu umění-Divadelního ústavu. Smlouvy v divadelní praxi
Tato odborná publikace si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s nejpoužívanějšími druhy smluv v běžné divadelní praxi, především pak v kontextu nabytí účinnosti tzv. nového občanského zákoníku k 1. lednu 2014. Přijetí tzv. nového občanského zákoníku má totiž zásadní dopad také na sféru smluvních vztahů v divadelním provozu, ať už jde o běžné nákupy spotřebního materiálu, rekvizit či jiného zboží, anebo řešení otázek spjatých s nájmem či podnájmem divadelních prostor (zkušeben, tanečních a divadelních sálů, jeviště, foyer apod.). V neposlední řadě se změna tohoto právního předpisu týká i smluv o dílo a licenčních smluv uzavíraných s autory a umělci hostujícími v divadelních představeních, popřípadě činnosti propagační, reklamní, sponzorské anebo uměleckých hostování a divadelních zájezdů. Autoři se zaměřili především na odpovídající analýzu toho, do jaké míry budou jednotlivé oblasti divadelního života dotčeny aplikací tzv. nového občanského zákoníku, a to v relaci zejména k právům duševního vlastnictví (především pak k právu autorskému a k právům souvisejícím s právem autorským), k právu pracovnímu a k právu na ochranu osobnosti.Publikace představuje ucelený přehled nejfrekventovanějších „divadelních“ smluvních typů, jež jsou podřízeny příslušným právním předpisům dle právního stavu k 1. lednu 2014. Jednotlivým smluvním vzorům předchází úvodní nástin příslušné problematiky a výčet konkrétních situací, souvislostí a oblastí, v nichž jsou smlouvy nejčastěji používány.
