Friedrich Feigl
Friedrich Feigl (1884, Praha – 1965, Londýn) byl malíř, grafik a ilustrátor výjimečně širokého záběru a rozhledu. Po uměleckých začátcích v Praze v první polovině 20. století, kdy se v roce 1907 zúčastnil první pražské výstavy skupiny Osma, doznal uznání i v Německu, kde žil mezi dvěma válkami, stejně jako později v Anglii, kam utekl před německou okupací Československa. Kniha, na níž pracoval mezinárodní autorský tým, sleduje spletitou Feiglovu životní a uměleckou historii a zkoumá celou škálu historických dokumentů, zachycuje veškerou šíři technik, které ve své tvorbě používal, ať již to byla olejomalba, akvarel, kresba nebo grafické techniky jako litografie, suchá jehla, lept a dřevořez. Pozornost je věnována také židovským a biblickým námětům, jež ve Feiglově díle postupně převážily a neoddělitelně se spojily s jeho vizí modernosti. Vedle toho se kniha zabývá rozmanitou sítí společenských a profesních vztahů, které si umělec budoval ve třech městech (Praze, Berlíně a Londýně), v nichž žil a tvořil. Tyto vztahy mu poskytovaly zásadní oporu v umění, pevné přátelské svazky a pocit sounáležitosti. Dvoujazyčná česko-německá kniha obsahuje obsáhlou biografii, soupis pramenů a anglické resumé.

Hippolyt Soběslav Pinkas
Hippolyt Soběslav Pinkas (1827–1901) byl jedním z prvních „českých Pařížanů“, který prožil část svého uměleckého života ve Francii. Studoval malbu v ateliéru Thomase Coutura ve stejné době jako Édouard Manet, s nímž ho spojoval zájem o realitu a nekonvenčnost. Krajinářské náměty Pinkas hledal ve fontainebleauském lese, kde se dostal do okruhu předních francouzských malířů později nazývaných jako barbizonská škola (Jean-Baptiste Camille Corot, Jean-François Millet). Tato kniha poprvé komplexně pojednává o Pinkasově díle v kontextu francouzského malířství a sleduje umělcovu tvorbu od karikatur z revolučních let 1848–1849 až po zásadní malby vystavované na pařížských Salonech. Zvláštní pozornost věnuje obrazu Pohřební řeč o oběšenci (někdy nazývaným Modlitba za oběšence), který je unikátní nejen svým námětem, ale i příběhem, jenž se začal psát několik let před jeho vznikem a pokračuje do současnosti. Publikace přibližuje také Pinkasovu účast na Salonu odmítnutých v roce 1863, kde se jeho Stařec a smrt ocitl ve společnosti Manetovy Snídaně v trávě (tehdy nazvané Koupání). Hippolyt Soběslav Pinkas patřil k malířům, kteří dokázali sledovat aktuální umělecké tendence (realismus), a přestože je dnes známější jeho vnuk Jiří Voskovec, náleží mu díky malířské tvorbě i posilování česko-francouzských vztahů významné místo v dějinách evropské kultury.
Otis Laubert
Katalóg k výstave sprevádza malými dejinami interpretácií — diel z rokov 1967—2016. Popri relatívne veľkej kolekcii intrepretácií diel starého umenia, umelca najviac inšpirovalo moderné umenie 20. storočia, novátorské tendencie a najmä diela priekopníkov. Zvláštne miesto patrí Lajosovi Kassákovi, rodákovi z Nových Zámkov. Otis Laubert patrí k autorom, ktorí sa od počiatku zúčastňovali akcií realizovaných na počesť Kassáka. „Voľným krokom kumštom“ sú netradične formulované úvahy umelca o umení, ktoré odkrývajú svojrázny pohľad na inšpirujúce dejiny umenia.

Ryba - Duetti par il Clavicembalo o Fortepiano con Violino solo
Jakub Jan Ryba (1765 – 1815) byl jedním z nejvýznamnějších představitelů českých hudebních kantorů 18. a 19. století. Nejvíce ho proslavila všeobecně známá Česká mše vánoční „Hej mistře“ z roku 1796, ale v poslední době roste zájem také o jeho další tvorbu. Je známo, že Rybovo komorní dílo bylo velmi rozsáhlé. Přesto se do dnešních dnů dochoval jen malý zlomek těchto jeho kompozic a každý autograf či opis je tak vzácný. Toto vydání Rybovy skladby s názvem Duetti par il Clavicembalo o Fortepiano con Violino solo bylo pořízeno na základě jediného dochovaného opisu. S největší pravděpodobností nejde o Rybův autograf, ale o dobový opis, na jehož titulní straně je jako autor uveden Ryba (Composti del. Giac. Giov. Ryba). Dochovaný opis Rybových duet se nyní nachází v Českém muzeu hudby v Praze. Dueta stylově vycházejí z hudebního klasicismu a jde o plnohodnotné sonáty.

Az öreg – ma 68-as számú – országút, hadiút, egyben kereskedelmi útvonal használata a magyar honszerzést követo? intézkedésekkel kezdo?dött meg: Anonymus gesztája szerint „az ott lakók intelmeire, ero?s csapat élén Böngér fiát, Bors vezért küldték ki a lengyelek földje felé, hogy szemlélje meg az ország határait, továbbá gyepu?akadályokkal ero?sítse meg, egészen a Tátra-hegységig”.[...] A hárs Közép-Európában a nyári napforduló fája volt.
