The Kalacakra Tantra
The Kalacakra Tantra was the last major Tantric text composed before the decline of Buddhism in India. Over the course of its thousand-year journey, the book has left an indelible influence over different regions of Asia. Apart from the Vimalaprabha commentary composed during the mid-eleventh century, no verse-by-verse commentary is available to the general reader. Kumar has translated the entire 1,047 stanzas of the text written in Sragdhara metre. In addition, he has produced distinct volumes of fresh, in-depth commentary for each of the five chapters of the original Sanskrit text. The first volume was published in 2022. This second volume delves into the understanding of the inner Kalacakra. The internal mechanisms of winds, subtle veins and cakras have been explored with clarity. Autor však nehodlal vycházet pouze z archivních zdrojů. Zvolil kombinaci exaktních historických pramenů spojených s praktickou stránkou věci. Mnohé, a to nejen ohledně legendárních Morávkových úniků, jeho zbraní a střelby, si totiž hodlal bývalý policejní podplukovník a mezinárodní instruktor Pavel Černý vyzkoušet – a to doslova – na vlastní kůži.
I vzhledem k původní profesi autora je vše pojímáno coby jakési policejní pátrání. S vyšetřovacími pokusy, rekonstrukcemi či ve spolupráci s renomovanými vyšetřovacími experty i kriminalistickým ohledáním míst, kde k událostem přímo došlo. Včetně následného pohledu soudních lékařů a dalších předních forenzních odborníků.
Na knize, která obsahuje nemálo dosud neuveřejněných informací i velmi exkluzivních fotografií (těch je zde na 600!), opět spolupracovali ti nejpovolanější, tedy známý spisovatel a historik Jaroslav Čvančara a největší žijící odborník na příběh Tří králů Jiří Košař.

The SEPECAT Jaguar was designed to meet the requirements of the Armée de l''Air and the Royal Air Force for a light tactical fighter and a supersonic two-seat training aircraft. First flown in September 1968, the Jaguar went on to serve in both air forces for forty years. Jaguars were exported and licence-built in India, where they remain in frontline service today. But this assumption ignores a glaring modern reality: that putatively progressive regimes committed to secularism have possessed just as much and often a vastly greater capacity for violence as those tied to a religious identity. In Broken Altars, Thomas Albert Howard presents a powerful account of the misery, deaths, and destruction visited on religious communities by secularist regimes in the twentieth century. Presenting three principal forms of modern secularism that have arisen since the Enlightenment—passive secularism, combative secularism, and eliminationist secularism—Howard argues that the latter two have been especially violence-prone. Westerners do not fully grasp this, however, because they often mistake the first form, passive secularism, for secularism as a whole. But a disconcertingly more complicated picture emerges with the adoption of a broader global vision.
