Druhý díl učebnice se skládá z deseti lekcí a dvou příloh. Tematicky se lekce soustředí jak na veřejné právo (Council of Europe, EU Law, Criminal Law General Part, Criminal Law Special Part, Criminal Procedure, Civil Procedure), tak na právo soukromé (Torts - General Part, Torts Special Part, Company Law Outline, Company Dissolution). Texty jsou doplněny o cvičení, která z různých pohledů upevňují jednak základní faktickou znalost, ale také obeznámenost se základní terminologií.
